Founding Engineer - Full Stack

We’re hiring a founding engineer to help build the core of our claims auditing platform. You’ll design and scale the backend systems that ingest, normalize, and audit medical claims at scale. We are looking for candidates who are passionate about solving one of the most costly and urgent problems in the U.S. healthcare system.

In this role you will:

• Architect and maintain backend infrastructure

• Build secure data pipelines that support ML-driven audit models and recovery workflows.

• Work closely with the CTO and product team to translate claims and clinical concepts into scalable designs.

Your ideal background looks something like:

• 3–5 years of experience at product-driven companies or high-growth startups.

• Former founder or extensive experience building side projects.

• Experience with any Frontend framework (React, Vue or Angular)

• Strong proficiency with Go, TypeScript or Python and their associated backend frameworks.

• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (Docker/Kubernetes).

• Bonus: exposure to healthcare data or prior work on claims, billing, or payment integrity.

We have a strong preference to move extremely quickly. We are biased towards candidates that go the extra mile during the recruiting process (researching our company, exhibiting knowledge in the medical claims space, building a prototype for the interview, etc.).
