The role
As a Payroll Solutions Expert, you'll be a "Payroll Doctor". An expert who guides and enables our customers, ensuring they can independently and accurately run payroll on our SaaS platform. You'll work closely with our onboarding team to ensure seamless implementations for our growing client base in the Middle East. Your focus is on customer success and building a scalable foundation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monthly payroll payments: Oversee and quality-check monthly payroll calculations to ensure compliance with MENA region labor laws, including statutory contributions like social security.
- Parallel runs: You'll be responsible for conducting parallel payroll runs and ensuring a smooth transition to our platform.
- Payroll & product consultancy: Serve as a strategic consultant, advising customers on best practices for using our system, ensuring they can manage their own payroll and compliance.
- Process engineering: Actively identify and eliminate manual or inefficient processes. You will be instrumental in helping us build and automate workflows as our company grows.
- Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior team members on system functionality and customer success best practices.
What you'll need
- 3+ years of professional experience in payroll, ideally within a payroll outsourcing, BPO or SaaS environment.
- In-depth knowledge of MENA labor laws, statutory contributions and tax regulations.
- Experience with a variety of SaaS software and a strong grasp of technology.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a commitment to maintaining 100% accuracy.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact confidently with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive payroll and compliance information.
