Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Chief of Staff at Mbodi AI. The position is based in Manhattan, NY, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Chief of Staff will be responsible for optimizing the executive team’s productivity, managing cross-functional initiatives, and acting as a strategic advisor to senior management. Additional responsibilities include overseeing operational priorities and providing support in decision-making processes and organizational planning. The Chief of Staff will own and support many key business functions, including finance, HR, legal, business operations, marketing, and investor relations.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills
• Proficiency in strategic planning, operational management, and resource allocation
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, with a collaborative mindset
• Critical problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail
• Experience in executive-level support or similar roles
• Bachelor’s degree
• Flexibility to balance in-office and remote work effectively
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
• Experience in productivity and task management tools

Nice to haves

• MBA, or Degree in STEM field
• 2+ years in a management/consulting-related role.
