About the Role We are looking for a driven Marketing Sr. Analyst to own our content and events strategy. You will be a key player in shaping Trébol's voice and establishing us as a thought leader in the fintech and financial services space. You won't be just executing tasks; you'll be building a core part of our marketing engine from the ground up, with the freedom to experiment and make a real impact.

What You'll Do:

  • Content Creation & Strategy: You will be the engine behind our content marketing. This means researching, writing, and publishing high-quality, insightful content such as white papers, blog posts, case studies, and industry reports that position Trébol as an industry leader.
  • SEO & Organic Growth: You will develop and execute an SEO strategy to increase our organic visibility. This includes keyword research, on-page optimization, and ensuring all content is created with search performance in mind.
  • Event Management (Owned Events): From concept to execution, you'll organize and manage our own events, such as webinars, roundtables, and client workshops, to generate leads and build our community.
  • Industry Presence & Event Coordination: You'll manage our presence at key industry conferences and events. This includes identifying the right events, coordinating sponsorships, managing logistics, and ensuring we get the most out of every opportunity.

Location

This is a fully remote position. Our ideal candidate will be based in or near the UTC-6 (Central Time) zone. To ensure effective collaboration across our team, you must be located and able to work in a timezone between UTC-8 (e.g., Pacific Time) and UTC-3 (e.g., Sao Paulo).

Who We're Looking For:

  • You are ambitious and action-oriented. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are excited by the idea of experimenting, measuring results, and adapting quickly.
  • 2-4 years of experience in a B2B marketing role, preferably within SaaS, or for a company selling to financial institutions.
  • Exceptional writing and communication skills in both English and Spanish. You can take a complex technical concept and explain it clearly and compellingly.
  • You are a self-starter who knows how to manage your time and projects effectively. You’re mature in your working style, comfortable giving and receiving direct feedback without needing hand-holding.
  • Proficient with modern marketing tools (e.g., CRM, marketing automation, analytics) and comfortable using AI tools to enhance content creation and campaign efficiency.
  • Experience organizing events (virtual or in-person) is a big plus.
  • You have a genuine curiosity for technology, finance, and how to improve complex processes.

About the interview

Our Hiring Process for the Marketing Sr. Analyst Role

Our process consists of four key stages:

1. Initial Questionnaire: A written assessment covering your experience, problem-solving skills, and approach to marketing. This helps us understand your strategic thinking and alignment with our culture.

2. Team Interview: A virtual meeting with the hiring manager and other team members to discuss your background, expertise, and alignment with our company culture.

3. Collaborative Paid Project: A one-week, paid engagement for 2-3 final candidates. You will work on a real-world project, giving you a tangible sense of the role’s challenges while allowing us to assess your skills in a practical setting.

4. Offer: We extend a formal offer to the successful candidate to join Trébol.
